Hi, I’m Emily, a licensed therapist specializing in anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and OCD. I created this blog because access to mental health support isn’t always simple - and having a clearer understanding of what’s happening in your mind can be meaningful, even outside of therapy.

This space is meant to offer thoughtful education and realistic insight for people who struggle with overthinking, rumination, people-pleasing, and chronic self-doubt. Much of what I share here comes from my clinical work with high-functioning adults who appear put together on the outside but feel anything but on the inside.

My hope is that these posts help you feel more informed, understood, and less alone - wherever you are in your mental health journey.

Anxiety and OCD often act like convincing stories your mind tells - pulling uncertainty and shaping it into narratives that feel urgent, personal, and true. You don’t have to untangle those thoughts all at once.

If you’d like support beyond this space, I’m here to help.
